(every subsequent dog will go back to the 1 dog pricing and return to the 2 dog pricing rate.)

TRANSPORTATION
Transport to Smith Farms	$75 ea. Way
Transport to Vet	$50 transport fee Plus $25 per additional hour to wait for pet; If pet must be dropped off and picked up $50 transport fee for pickup.

MEDICATIONS
2 or less	$3 per day
3 or more	$7 per day
Insulin	$7 per day
**No charge for ‘as needed’ medications
***NO forced Med administration. Options available: Cheese, pill pocket, crushed.
